You pay per shipment on a sliding scale – the more you ship, the less you pay. No setup fee, no minimum volumes.

Handling = picking, neutral standard packaging and dispatch preparation. Pick = first item of each product in the shipment.

Storage
One price for both routes
Your goods sit in one stock with us – whether they later go to Amazon or straight to your customers. That’s why storage costs the same for FBA prep and fulfilment:
Pallet space: €12.50 per pallet per month, unlimited height
Small-parts storage: €12 per m³ per month

What is the base fee for?
The €99 monthly base fee for FBA prep covers our software and support. All other costs depend on the services you use.
Is postage included?
No. The prices cover storage, picking, standard packaging and dispatch preparation. Carrier postage is added depending on parcel and destination.
Can I combine FBA prep and fulfilment?
Yes. Your goods sit in one stock, and storage costs the same for both routes.
Are there discounts for larger volumes?
Yes, volume discounts are available on request. Just ask.
