How it works

We turn chaos into system.

Before the first pallet arrives in Lemgo, we get to know your business. Then we build the processes that fit it – and put them into practice together with you.

Four steps to get started

No form marathon, just a clear path. You always know where we stand and what comes next.

1

Analysis

We look at your business: products, channels, volumes and how your goods move today.

2

Strategy

We show you where the biggest levers are – on costs, speed and sources of error.

3

Plan

You get a clear roadmap: integration, goods-in, processes and start date.

4

Implementation

We put it into practice together – and remain your fixed point of contact afterwards.

Honest. Direct. On equal terms.

How your goods get to us

Once the plan is in place, it’s time for the goods. Onboarding runs in this order – agreed step by step.

1

First delivery

You announce the first delivery – your supplier can ship directly to us. We receive it, count and inspect it, and you hear about discrepancies straight away – not from your customer.

2

Storage

Your items get fixed storage locations and are recorded cleanly in stock. So we and you know what is where.

3

Integration

We connect your channels – Amazon, Shopify, JTL or your own interface. Orders come in automatically, stock levels and tracking numbers go back.

4

Go-live

First orders, first delivery to Amazon: we start together, watch closely and fine-tune wherever needed.

What we need from you

This information helps us get you started smoothly. Don’t worry if not everything is ready yet – we’ll go through the list together.

  • A product list with SKU, EAN and product name
  • Dimensions, weights and packing units of your products
  • Rough volumes: stock at the start and orders per month
  • Your sales channels and systems (e.g. Amazon, Shopify, JTL)
  • Requirements for packaging, inserts or bundles, if you have any
  • For FBA prep: which items go to Amazon and how they should be prepared
  • Notice of your first delivery: supplier, number of cartons or pallets, planned date
  • A fixed contact person on your side

Want to know what it costs first? Our prices for FBA prep and fulfilment are online – with a cost calculator.
