FBA prep
Your FBA prep centre in Germany
Amazon only accepts goods that are labelled and packed correctly. Mistakes cost time, fees and, in the worst case, sales. That’s exactly what we take off your hands – so your shipments arrive at Amazon clean and ready.
FNSKU labelling
We put the Amazon labels (FNSKU) on every item – and cover old barcodes where needed, so nothing gets mixed up at the dock.
Poly bags & protection
Where needed, we pack items in poly bags or bubble wrap so they reach Amazon intact and compliant.
Bundles & sets
Several items in one offer? We put bundles together, mark them as a set and label them again.
Cartons & pallets
We pack your shipments in cartons or on pallets to Amazon’s requirements – with the right shipping labels.
Delivery to Amazon
We hand over the finished shipments for transport to the FBA fulfilment centres – as parcels or pallets, whatever suits your volumes.
Replenishment from our warehouse
Your goods stay with us and we send them on in smaller batches. That keeps your stock at Amazon lean while you stay in stock.
Batteries, liquids, sprays?
Some products are subject to special rules at Amazon and in shipping. Before we commit, we take a close look at your product, check with you what’s allowed – and tell you honestly if it’s something we can’t take on.
FBM as a fallback
If Amazon limits your storage or a fulfilment centre is full, we ship straight from our stock to your customers. That way your listings stay available.

Pick & pack done systematically: every order is picked and packed following fixed processes. So the right item ends up in the parcel – even as volumes grow.

FBA and FBM from one warehouse
When things get tight at Amazon: FBM as backup.
Storage limits, full fulfilment centres or delayed check-in – every Amazon seller knows them. Because your goods are already with us, we can ship directly to your customers in the meantime. Your offers stay available while replenishment to Amazon is on its way.

Returns management that gets goods back on sale
Returns are part of selling online. We handle the whole route – from the parcel at our dock to the feedback to you.

Receipt
The return arrives. We match it to the order and record what’s in the parcel.

Inspection
We check every item: complete, unused, undamaged? Packaging in order?

Restocking
Whatever can be sold again goes back into stock – repacked or relabelled if needed.

Feedback
You learn what came back and in what condition – so you can refund and spot patterns.
Damaged or incomplete items are kept separately and we let you know. What happens to them is your call – we agree the rules with you once and then stick to them.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to book every service?
No. You can start with one service – FBA prep, for example – and add others later. Everything runs from the same warehouse.
Can I combine FBA prep and fulfilment?
Yes. Your goods sit in one stock with us. We send part of it to Amazon and ship the rest straight to your customers.
Can my supplier deliver directly to you?
Yes. Your goods come straight from your supplier to us in Lemgo. We check them and prepare them for Amazon or for your customers.
Do you ship outside Germany?
Yes, we ship within Germany and internationally. Which countries and shipping methods make sense for you is something we clarify together.
